Warnings
Foundayo must not be taken if you are allergic to orforglipron or any of the other ingredients in the medicine. Tell your doctor, pharmacist or prescribing healthcare professional about all medicines you currently take before starting treatment because Foundayo may affect, or be affected by, other treatments, and additional monitoring may be required when it is used alongside certain diabetes medicines.
Tell your prescriber if you have or have previously had pancreatitis or significant gastrointestinal problems, or if you develop persistent vomiting or diarrhoea that could lead to dehydration. Patients taking insulin or a sulfonylurea alongside Foundayo may require additional consideration because combination diabetes treatment can increase the risk of hypoglycaemia.
